Designing is all about learning what your client wants, and then refining, refining, refining until we get it perfect.
At Brilliant Design Concepts, we understand that your home’s design is all about you. We also recognise that you’re likely coming to us because:
You’re unsure exactly what you want;
You don’t have time to project manage a renovation;
You know your home could be incredible, but would like a professional to maximise its potential.
THIS IS WHY
we start every new renovation project by getting to know you. That way, we can present you with well-documented design briefs, floor plans and more that perfectly align with your vision.
Let’s meet to discuss your vision for your space. It’s here that we’ll be able to understand the overall scope of work and begin brainstorming design solutions to solve any potential problems.
After our on-site meeting, we will outline the scope of works for the design and the associated fees.
The initial consultation also includes the creation of a personalised proposal, outlining the steps and services necessary to complete your renovation.
Our initial consultation fee, including an on-site meeting and personalised proposal is $375 (including GST).
Design Concept & Development
During the second phase of your renovation, we establish a bespoke design brief for your home, based on your needs and your lifestyle. We’ll personally present our design brief to you using concept drawings, floorplans, physical samples and digital 3D modelling.
We’ll offer suggestions, explain the thinking behind our designs and listen carefully to your feedback, adjusting the design accordingly.
Once drawings and specifications are finalised, including fixtures and fittings, we’ll prepare a final detailed quotation.
Once final approval has been received, it’s time for your designs to come to life.
We’ll oversee all aspects of design through to construction, working with the builder, trades and suppliers to create a seamless experience.
We will work with you throughout the renovation process to procure final, finishing touches for your home to create a truly unique, welcoming space.
This may include:
Soft and hard furnishings
Artwork and accessories
Of course, good design must be based on a solid foundation of high-quality structural elements, but the final personal touches are what makes your house a home.
“Cherel’s professionalism, as well as that of her team of builders and trades, made our renovation hassle-free, and I have no hesitation in recommending Cherel to anyone. I’m delighted with the renovation, it’s a joy to come home to in the evening and has far exceeded my expectations.”
